Youth Red Cross club of Khalsa College For Women, Civil Lines, Ludhiana organised an awareness session on breast cancer in the college campus on October 17, 2025.
Dr. Jaspinder, Radiation Oncologist from Apollo Hospital was the resource person of the session. She apprised the students about Breast Cancer causes and prevention. She delivered informative session on
self- examination, early detection and treatment of cancer. The students were further advised on the importance of healthy diet and lifestyle.
The Principal Dr Kamaljit Grewal appreciated the efforts of the Youth Red Cross Unit and encouraged the students to spread awareness among family and friends and contribute to the society as responsible
citizens of nation.
