Celebrated Lohri festival with the physically challenged kids of the NGO

The members of the Rotaract Club visited Teri Oat Viklang Sanstha on 13th January, 2025 and celebrated Lohri festival with the physically challenged kids of the NGO. The students collected the funds from their pocket money and got various sweets, popcorns and other eatables for the children of the NGO. The students lit lohri bonfire, danced with these children and were so happy to see the smiles on their innocent faces. The bonfire has not only given them peripheral warmth but also filled their hearts from inside. These initiatives inculcate the sense of gratitude and belongingness to the society among the students. The students get to see the real world challenges faced by these children and also contribute in reducing their own mental stress. Head of the Rotaract Club, Dr. Aanchal Arora assured madam Iqbal Kaur, founder of Teri Oat NGO to pay more such visits to them. Principal Dr. Kamaljit Grewal appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers of the club to organize such substantial events.
