Department of Political Science, Khalsa College for Women, Civil Lines, Ludhiana, celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm on 14th August, 2025 under the theme “Honouring freedom, inspiring the Future”
The event aimed to instil a spirit of patriotism among the students and highlighted the significance of India’s freedom. Various activities, including cultural performances, patriotic poems and speeches were presented by the students to express their love and respect for the nation. The teachers appreciated the innovative ideas and artistic skills displayed by the students.
The event concluded with a national anthem and a collective pledge by students and faculty to work for a better and stronger India.
