KCW GIRLS CONQUER PU MERIT LIST WITH AN OUTSTANDING CLEAN SWEEP IN BCA-I PU EXAMINATIONS


The students of Khalsa College for Women, Civil Lines, Ludhiana once again proved their mettle by scoring top positions in BCA-2 nd semester examinations, results of which were declared by Panjab University, Chandigarh.
A stupendous clean sweep of almost all the top university positions was achieved by the students. Eighteen students of the college have placed their names in top twenty university positions. Harmandeep Kaur bagged 2 nd position in the University by scoring 9 SGPA. Lavayna Sekhri stood 4th in the university by scoring 8.83 SGPA while Amandeep Kaur and Preeti Gaurh clinched 6th position in the Panjab University by scoring 8.75 SGPA. Mukti bagged 8 th position in the university by scoring 8.67 SGPA. Jagmeet Kaur Grewal stood 9 th in the university by scoring 8.63 SGPA while 10 th position was bagged by Harmandeep Kaur and Jashanpreet Kaur who scored 8.58 SGPA. Himanshi Gupta, with 8.54 SGPA clinched 11 th position in the university while Khushi Saddana clinched 15 th position in University by scoring 8.38 SGPA. Priya Chhabra and Riya Mittal have bagged 16 th position in university by scoring 8.33 SGPA while Lakshita has clinched 17 th position in university by scoring 8.29 SGPA. Harpreet Kaur, Jasleen, Kavya and Rupinder bagged 19 th position in university by scoring 8.21 SGPA while Krishika bagged 20 th position in university by scoring 8.17 SGPA.

The elated students of the Department of Computer Science expressed happiness at the outcomes of the university exams. Harmandeep Kaur who topped the university said that hard work of their faculty members coupled with blessings provided by their parents and the college Principal Dr. Kamaljit Grewal played an important role in their success.
Sardarni Kushal Dhillon , Manager, Managing Committee and Director, Dr. (Mrs.) Mukti Gill congratulated the Principal, Dr. (Mrs.) Kamaljit Grewal and the staff of Computer Science department for their sincere efforts in generating stupendous results. They applauded the students for maintaining the tradition of the college in clinching top university positions and also wished them luck to continue to scale greater heights in life.
