KCW STUDENTS SHINE IN THE CREATIVE CONTEST HELD AT PAU

The students of Khalsa College for Women, Civil Lines, Ludhiana won accolades in the various competitions of state level held at Punjab Agricultural University Ludhiana to observe the ‘World Suicide Prevention Day’. The contest included five competitions, namely: essay writing, poetry, story, slogan coining and poster making.  Amritpal  kaur of  B.A-III won first prize in story writing and a consolation prize in poetry. Tejinder kaur B.Sc-III secured first prize in essay writing. Around 873 students participated in the contest from all over the state. The winners were honored by the renowned Punjabi writer Dr. Surjit Patar.

The principal Dr. Mukti Gill and the Management congratulated the students and appreciated the efforts of the Punjabi Department.
