Khalsa College for Civil Lines, Ludhiana has added another feather in its cap by achieving Second Prize in prestigious National Youth Festival, 2020-2021 in Stand-up Comedian Act of Expression Art category.
Ayushi Sall, a student of Ba-III has bagged this prize in YUVAAH- the biggest Youth Festival being organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. The festival was celebrated in a hybrid mode- offline and online from 20th December, 2020 in three phases namely- District Level, State Level and National Level. Around 6 lakh youth participated in 24 competitive events, comprising 18 solo events and six group events.
Ayushi attributed her success to the inspiration and motivation from the Principal and teachers of the college along with her family. College Managing Committee Members, S. Pritpal Singh Grewal, President and S. Gurdish Singh Grewal, Secretary congratulated the Principal, Dr. (Mrs) Mukti Gill and Youth Festival team members for their sincere efforts in achieving such a tremendous feat.
