Organized a Free Healthcare Medical Camp

On January 15, 2025, the NSS unit of Khalsa College for Women, Civil Lines, Ludhiana, organized a Free Healthcare Medical Camp as part of their 7-day special camp. The event brought together a panel of specialists, including dermatologists, ophthalmologists, dentists, physiotherapists, and medical laboratory technologists, to provide comprehensive healthcare services. Free sugar testing was also offered to ensure accessible and inclusive health screenings for the community. The camp was conducted in collaboration with renowned professionals and institutions, including Miss Navdeep and her team from ASG Eye Care Hospital, Dr. Pallavi Madan from Clove Dental Clinic, Dr. Tejasvi Dhiman and his team from Dr. Tejasvi’s Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre, Mr. Manjot Singh from Path Lab, and Dr. Harleen Kaur and her team from Sohana Hospital. The event saw enthusiastic participation from NSS volunteers, students, and faculty members, all benefiting from the diverse range of medical services provided. Volunteers actively assisted the medical teams, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the day. In a heartfelt gesture, the Principal of Khalsa College for Women, Dr. Kamaljit Grewal, warmly welcomed the dedicated medical professionals and expressed profound gratitude for their invaluable contribution to the well-being of the community.
