The Humanities Department of Khalsa College for Women, Civil Lines, Ludhiana organized Farewell Party Soirée d’ Adieu’ for B.A IIIrd year students on April 18, 2026. The entertaining extravaganza comprising dances, melodious Songs, Bhangra, mesmerizing musical-performances and choreography was presented by the students. The hallmark of the day was Ms. Farewell contest in which a number of students participated and contested for various titles.
Dr. Khushdeep Kaur, Associate Professor, Commerce along with Dr. Pooja Chatley, Head Department of BBA and Dr. Charita, Head Department of Physics were the Judges for the show. Aamiya Jain was entitled as Ms. Farewell 2026, and Bhavika and Muskan were crowned First Runners up and 2nd Runners Up respectively.
Ayushi Aroa bagged the title of Ms. Radiant Smile, Shreya was graced with the title of Ms. X-Factor. Anshika Sehgal was sashayed down for Ms. Sartorial Diva and Ekta Kapoor was adjudged Ms. Rapunzel, Kashish was crowned Ms. Gajgamini.
College Principal Dr. Kamaljit Grewal congratulated coordinators Mrs. Sabina Bhalla, Head Department of English and Dr. Narinderjeet Kaur, Head Department of Punjabi on the success of the event. She also appreciated the efforts of the students and the teachers. She wished good luck to the students who are passing out from the college.
