A wave of joy spread through the KCW on the arrival of the star cast of upcoming punjabi movie ‘Buhe- Baariyan’ in the campus. The students were thrilled to watch their favourite stars. The star cast of upcoming punjabi movie visited Khalsa College for Women, Civil Lines Ludhiana on September 8, 2023. The notable actors Neeru Bajwa, Jaswinder Brar, Rupinder Rupi, Rubina Bajwa, Gurpreet Bhangu were among the star caste. The team was extended a warm welcome by the Director Dr. Mukti Gill and college Principal Dr. Iqbal Kaur, staff and students.
Neeru Bajwa addressed the students and shared the story line of her movie which is a gripping narrative about women supported by strong performances by the leading ladies. She further said that the movie has a deep message for the society. She also performed on the famous dance numbers from the film.
The college Principal extended tokens of appreciation to the celebrities and thanked team members for gracing the corridors of KCW.
